Information package on juvenile delinquency for parents

A multilingual information package on juvenile delinquency published by NGOs for young people and their parents: how to prevent the growth of crimes committed by minors? Police gives answers to concerned parents.

Crimes committed by young persons under the age of 15 have raised concerns among parents, NGOs and the police. The parents of young people have given serious thought to how to prevent youngsters’ crimes and misdemeanors by timely intervention. This multilingual information package provides answers to these concerns.

A group of NGOs therefore compiled for parents and young people an information package on criminal behavior and its consequences. The participating NGOs gathered several questions, based upon which they considered informative and relevant. The police officer answering the parents’ questions is Inspector Hannu Väänänen from Western Uusimaa Police Department. These answers are published in several languages at  HyTe ry’s Youtube-channel
