Office services

The centre provides information and office services especially in support of NGOs’ operations, such as:  

• information about NGOs focused on the health, wellbeing and social services sector  

• information about HyTe’s member associations 
• printing, copying and scanning service  
• mail reception service (c/o) by agreement 
• mass mailings (letters through snail mail) by agreement 
• recycling (e.g. small batteries and second-hand books)

The centre distributes information about NGOs. Just send us your brochures and we will put them on display.  

Printing, copying and scanning service  

When you need high-quality prints, you can send us documents to be printed from your office or home office. You can also copy and scan your documents at NGO-friendly cost by utilizing our first-rate printing, copying and scanning service, thereby avoiding the need to invest in your own equipment.  

Opening hours 

Citizen activity centre Kansalaistoiminnankeskus is open Monday through Thursday 9 am to 4 pm, and on Fridays 9 am to noon. The self-service hours on evenings and weekends last until 9 pm.
