LähelläPro is a new platform that brings together communication and events aimed at professionals, strengthening cooperation both between NGOs and between NGOs and the public sector. It highlights the special expertise of organisations and serves as a concrete tool that helps NGOs and the public sector connect with each other and strengthen their collaboration.
HyTe ry uses LähelläPro as an information source for communication targeted at organisations
The network organisation HyTe ry shares information with NGOs about upcoming events, cooperation opportunities, available resources and other current issues in the organisational field. Because LähelläPro contains this type of material in a centralised location, HyTe uses the service as a source when compiling its newsletter and other communication materials. If your organisation would like its materials included in HyTe’s newsletter, it is advisable to add them to LähelläPro.
How do you create a notice in the LähelläPro service?
LähelläPro can be found at www.lahellapro.fi. To submit notices, users need an account for the service. LähelläPro uses the same login credentials as the Lähellä.fi service. You can register for both services through either one. The Lähellä services are free of charge for users and are available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
You can publish your notices on either side. When you start entering a notice, you choose whether it will appear in the Lähellä.fi or LähelläPro service (image below, article continues after the image):
Please note that thematic networks can also use LähelläPro for external communication. A thematic network is created as a new organization with the type “community,” and users from different organizations can be added under it as needed.
